Clauses
A. Year-Round Discounts
Discounts apply to all orders placed during the current year.
Discounts are tier-based and calculated at the time of invoicing.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
B. Annual Rebates
Rebates are calculated based on the previous year’s total purchase amount.
Rebates are issued as credit and must be redeemed averagely across at least 10 orders in the following year.
Customers who downgrade tiers in the current year will have their rebates recalculated accordingly in the next year.
Rebates are non-transferable and expire if not used within 12 months.
C. Free Samples
Free sample values are tier-based and issued once annually.
Free samples are limited to eligible products and cannot exceed the set value per tier.
Customers must place a minimum qualifying order to claim free samples.
LEROND reserves the right to substitute sample products based on availability.
D. Limited-Time Promotions
(only applicable to Diamond, Platinum, Gold & Silver Tier)
- Double Rebate Month
Orders placed during designated months will earn double rebates (e.g., 7% instead of 3.5% for Diamond tier).
Limited to orders exceeding specific amount per transaction – $ 60,000/Diamond | $30,000/Platinum | $15,000/Gold | $10,000/Silver
- Additional Discount Month
New customers’ first order qualifies for an additional 3% discount.
Existing customers receive an additional 1.5% discount for orders over specific amount during designated months. – $ 30,000/Diamond | $15,000/Platinum | $7,500/Gold | $5,000/Silver
E. General Clauses
Tier status is reviewed annually, and adjustments take effect at the beginning of each fiscal year.
All benefits are subject to availability and may be modified at LEROND’s discretion.
Customers are responsible for compliance with all program rules and requirements.
